Compatible with Analytik Jena ICP-MS and Leeman.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0L/min and sample flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 1.0L/min gas flow rate.
